Welcome to CloudSkills Academy! By accessing our services, enrolling in our courses, or using our website (cloudskillsacademy.in), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

A. Admission and Fee Payment
  1. Confirmation of Admission

    • Admission will be confirmed only after payment of either the full course fee or a minimum of 50% of the course fee as the first installment on or before the admission date.

  2. Mode of Payment

    • Fees can be paid via cash or online transfer.

  3. Installments

    • Students must adhere to the installment dates as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments will attract:

      • A fine of Rs. 100 per day.

      • 12% per annum interest on overdue amounts.

  4. Consequences of Non-Payment

    • Students failing to pay the fee on the due date may be barred from attending classes.

  5. Fee Refund Policy

    • The registration or admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  6. Batch Change

    • Students may request a batch change by paying Rs. 500.

B. Documentation Requirements
  • Students must submit the following during admission:

    1. ID proof.

    2. Address proof.

    3. One recent passport-size photograph.

C. Discipline and Conduct
  1. Behavioral Expectations

    • Maintain discipline on the premises. Acts of indiscipline, including disruption of classes or administrative work, are prohibited.

    • Abusive language, smoking, or carrying food/drinks into classrooms is strictly forbidden.

  2. Property Damage

    • Students must avoid damaging institute property or equipment. Violations may result in penalties or cancellation of admission.

  3. Mobile Phones

    • Phones must be on silent mode during classes. Non-compliance may result in confiscation.

  4. Expulsion for Misconduct

    • The management reserves the right to expel any student for misconduct without refund of fees.

D. Course Policies
  1. Program Modifications

    • CloudSkills Academy reserves the right to modify programs, venues, timings, or course schedules without prior notice.

  2. Replacement of Trainers

    • Trainers may be substituted at the discretion of the management to ensure quality training.

  3. Missed Classes

    • Students are responsible for catching up on missed classes by coordinating with the trainer or management.

E. Batch Cancellation
  1. Insufficient Enrollment

    • CloudSkills Academy reserves the right to cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollment. Students will be notified and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  2. Force Majeure

    • In the event of natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, students can reschedule for a future batch without additional charges.

F. Intellectual Property
  • All course materials are proprietary to CloudSkills Academy. Students agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

  • Unauthorized use may result in termination of enrollment and legal action.

G. Certification
  • A “Certificate of Completion” will be awarded to students who achieve a minimum attendance of 90% and fulfill all course requirements.

I. Limitation of Liability
  • CloudSkills Academy is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural calamities or technical failures.

J. Jurisdiction
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
